/n/nICU RN Job Details – Milton, MA/n

- Assignment Length: 13 weeks (Start: 12/9/2025 – End: 3/7/2026)/n
- Healthcare Setting: Intensive Care Unit (ICU)/n
- Shift: 12-hour nights; every other weekend required/n
- Hours: 36 hours per week (72 hours biweekly guaranteed)/n
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $2310 - $2470/n
- Employment Type: Travel Nursing Contract/n
- Location: Milton, Massachusetts 02186 (Greater Boston area)/n

/n/nICU Registered Nurse Qualifications/n

/n
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts (temporary or permanent; can apply at time of offer)/n
- 2-3 years of recent ICU nursing experience required/n
- BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required)/n
- Epic EMR experience required/n
- Ability to pass ECG/Telemetry and medication competency tests at orientation/n
- Proficient in ventilator management, vasoactive and sedation titration, hemodynamic monitoring, cardiac dysrhythmia recognition and management, and post-STEMI care/n
- CCRN certification preferred/n
- Willingness to float to PACU, step-down, and Emergency Department (ED) for holding patients/n
- Must reside more than 50 miles from facility (no local travelers)/n
- No time off will be considered during this contract/n

/n/nICU RN Responsibilities/n

/n
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU/n
- Monitor and manage complex patient conditions, including ventilator and vasoactive medication management/n
- Perform hemodynamic monitoring and respond to cardiac dysrhythmias/n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes/n
- Float to PACU, step-down, and ED as needed for patient care support/n
- Accurately document all care provided using Epic EMR/n
- Participate in ongoing education and successfully complete required competency assessments/n
