Summary
GlobalSource IT is partnering with an established aerospace and defense manufacturer seeking a Director of Enterprise Applications to lead the strategy, operations, and transformation of its enterprise applications portfolio.
Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer, this individual will play a key leadership role as the organization establishes independent IT capabilities following a corporate separation. The Director will have broad ownership of business-critical applications supporting finance, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and enterprise operations, with responsibility for shaping the technology roadmap, building an effective applications organization, and driving modernization initiatives.
This position requires a business-minded technology leader who can balance strategic planning with operational execution, manage complex vendor relationships and budgets, and partner effectively with executive stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings experience overseeing diverse enterprise applications, rather than focusing exclusively on a single ERP platform or implementation.
