- Openings: 1 /n Description/n American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist with 2+ years of IR and scrub experience for a fast-paced, high-volume hospital setting. Details/n /n
- Hospital-based Interventional Radiology unit with a siloed, fast-paced, high-volume environment (60-65 cases per day) /n
- Operates 7 procedure rooms handling all lines for the entire hospital, including outpatient services /n
- Cases are primarily neck-down with some light neuro overflow such as thyroid biopsies /n
- Uses Siemens Artis icono, Artis Q, and Artis zee systems (single-plane, no biplane functionality) /n
- Day shift schedule, 10-hour shifts, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday with a rotating day off /n
- No weekend requirements /n
- On-call as needed /n
- May float to Cambridge IR /n Requirements/n /n
- Minimum 2 years of Interventional Radiology and scrub experience required /n
- 3+ years of IR experience in a large hospital setting preferred, along with peripheral and neurovascular experience preferred /n
- ARRT Radiography certification required in hand /n
- Kansas State Board of Healing Arts license required (may apply upon offer) /n
- License required if applicable /n
- New graduates will not be considered /n Additional Information/n /n
- Must attend orientation every Monday and Tuesday, plus nursing orientation Wednesday through Friday (bi-weekly) /n
- Credentialing documents due one week prior to start date (Monday) /n
