Roosevelt Square Apartments is looking for an on-site resident manager. This 60 unit community is friendly and stable. Tasks include leasing and handling tenant concerns. We have full time maintenance and we generally are able to address maintenance issues quickly. Tenants are usually quite satisfied with maintenance. Our property management software is AppFolio, so familiarity with that platform is helpful. The successful candidate will be organized, efficient, and personable. Excellent leasing skills are essential. Good written skills are also important. You must have a valid driver's license and a vehicle. Compensation is negotiable and based on part time leasing work. You will receive a rent credit for your apartment plus salary. Health insurance is also negotiable. Should you also have construction or maintenance skills, we could increase compensation for additional work. Please provide a cover letter and resume if you are interested.
