ENT (Otolaryngology) Opportunity in Mississippi

You'll enjoy complete autonomy in shaping the practice, dedicated OR time, and the chance to create meaningful impact by bringing services back to the region. This is an ideal role for a physician eager to establish a comprehensive otolaryngology practice with long-term growth potential.
Practice Overview
- Full-service ENT program with complete autonomy
- General otolaryngology procedures with optional facial trauma coverage
- Outpatient clinic with dedicated OR blocks for surgical cases
- Opportunity to develop allergy and audiology services over time
Schedule
- Full-time schedule, 4.5 days per week
- Dedicated OR blocks (3-4 hours, multiple times per week)
- Flexible clinic and procedural time allocation
- Manageable call schedule supporting work-life balance
Compensation & Benefits
- $650,000 Base salary aligned with 75th percentile MGMA benchmarks
- $75,000 Signing bonus, relocation assistance, residency/fellowship stipend, and more
- Encounter-based compensation model rewarding productivity

Candidate Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology
- Eligible for Mississippi medical licensure
- Comfort with both outpatient and surgical ENT procedures
- Interest in program development and service line expansion
