Certifications and Licenses Required:

- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License in the State of Colorado (Must be current and active)./n
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (Must be current)./n
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification (Highly preferred)./n
- NRP Certification (Preferred; required for Labor & Delivery)./n

What You Bring:

- Proven experience in Labor & Delivery nursing, with the ability to handle high-acuity cases./n
- Strong clinical skills in maternity and postpartum care, including fetal monitoring and emergency response./n
- Ability to float to different units within the facility where you are experienced, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability./n
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, ensuring quality patient care in a fast-paced environment./n
- Valid Colorado RN license, along with current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications./n

Preferred Education & Experience:

/n

- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program./n
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience; experience in a hospital setting preferred./n
- Experience with high-risk obstetric cases, fetal monitoring, and emergency obstetrics procedures is highly advantageous./n

- Shift Details: Night shift hours, providing an opportunity for a stable overnight schedule./n
- Guaranteed Hours: 24 hours per week, with Banner's policy to cancel only 1 shift per week, offering consistent income stability./n
- Flexibility: Willingness to float to other units within the facility where you have experience is required, supporting staffing needs across departments./n
- Location Flexibility: Will accept your willingness to work in any available units or campuses as specified./n
- Start ASAP – Immediate availability preferred to meet urgent staffing needs./n
