DIAGNOSTIC RADIOLOGY /n Rancho Mirage, California (Coachella Valley) /n /n Position Highlights: /n /n
- Work-Life Balance: Shift-based schedule with day and evening coverage; overnight reads outsourced, minimizing overnight call burden /n

- Partnership Opportunities: Partnership track available for on-site physicians with equal pay per day model and long-term earning potential up to $750K–$1M+ /n /n Compensation &
Benefits:

- Compensation: $550,000 base (Year 1) increasing to $600,000 (Year 2) with partnership upside /n
- Additional Bonus Incentives: Optional wRVU-based compensation for additional reads/shifts (details to be confirmed) /n
- Sign-On Bonus: $40,000 – $75,000+ sign-on bonus (flexible) /n

Qualifications:
/n /n
- Degree: MD or DO /n
- Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology /n
- Licensure: Eligible for California medical licensure /n
- Skillset: Strong general diagnostic radiology skillset; subspecialty reads welcomed (excluding breast imaging and MSK) /n

Open to experienced physicians and 2027–2028 residents/fellows /n
