Job Description/n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position in Texas requiring a TX or compact RN license and recent specialty experience.

/n /n Responsibilities/n

- Work in a Labor & Delivery unit within a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- 13-week contract assignment
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in all stages of labor and delivery
- Care for mothers and newborns throughout the childbirth process
- Compliance with documentation and facility policies required
- Professional references and skill checklists must be provided as part of the application process

/n /n Requirements/n

- Active TX or compact RN license required
- Minimum of 1 year recent Labor & Delivery RN experience
- American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) certifications required and must not expire within first 30 days of assignment
- No gaps in work history equaling 90 days or more in the past 12 months
- U.S. Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
