About the Role
We're looking for a Graduate Software Engineer to join our core product team. You'll work alongside senior engineers to build features across our web app, APIs, and AI-driven search and outreach workflows. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, mentorship, and fast growth.
What You'll Do
- Build and ship features across our frontend (React/TypeScript) and backend (Python/Node.js) services
- Design and consume REST APIs that power candidate search, profile enrichment, and outreach automation
- Integrate LLM-based features such as natural-language search, summarization, and message generation
- Write clean, tested, well-documented code and take part in code reviews
- Debug production issues and improve performance, reliability, and user experience
- Work with product and design to turn user feedback into working features
- Learn and apply good engineering practices: version control, CI/CD, testing, and monitoring What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and OOP
- Proficiency in at least one language such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java
- Familiarity with web development basics and REST APIs
- Projects, internships, open-source contributions, or hackathons that show you build things
- Curiosity about AI/LLMs and a willingness to learn quickly
- Clear communication and a collaborative attitude Nice to Have
- Experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or RAG
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and Docker
- Understanding of recruiting, HR tech, or CRM workflows
