About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Hematology/Oncology Physician Assistant for a 78-day locum tenens assignment in Missouri, starting Apr 21, 2026. This opportunity involves 12-hour night shifts (6p-7a) with responsibilities in both inpatient and affiliated clinic settings.

Job Details

Responsibilities and Duties

- Perform bone marrow biopsies (preferred, not required)
- Administer stem cell infusions (strongly preferred)
- Round on patients with the physician
- Manage assigned patient panel
- Conduct consults from the emergency room
- Complete progress notes
- Manage patients admitted from the clinic to the inpatient unit

Additional Information

- Missouri state license required
- Prior inpatient bone marrow transplant experience is absolutely required
- Experience with bone marrow biopsies and stem cell infusions is preferred
