- Hospital-based Physical Therapy position /n
- 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM /n
- 8-hour day shifts /n
- Every other weekend availability required (typically one weekend per month) /n
- Must be available to work one holiday if needed /n Requirements/n /n
- Minimum 1 year of inpatient rehab or acute care Physical Therapy experience required /n
- Degree in Physical Therapy required /n
- PT License required (license required if applicable) /n
- State licensure required with active status, no pending licenses accepted /n
- BLS certification required (AHA only) /n
- First Aid certification preferred /n
- Crisis Prevention Training (TEAM) required within 6 months of hire /n
- Primary Source Online Verification required /n
- Two manager or supervisor references preferred, verifying experience within the previous 12 months, with at least one from the most recent employer /n Additional Information/n /n
- Serve as part of an interdisciplinary team providing comprehensive physical therapy services /n
- Perform detailed clinical assessments based on individual patient needs following physician referral /n
- Develop comprehensive, age-appropriate plans of care based on evaluation findings /n

- Must be able to respond effectively to new and changing work assignments /n
