Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a first line Manufacturing Manager (level K) to support our Mobility, Surveillance and Bombers (MS&B) team in Berkeley, MO. This is an opportunity to manage, develop, and motivate a high-performance team of employees on the production line. Position Responsibilities: - Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines. - Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies. - Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements. - Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. - Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. - Oversight and Ownership to Zero injury and First Time Quality culture This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
