Client Service Specialist
About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Client Service Specialist to join a boutique wealth management firm. This is primarily a back-office role with some client interaction via email and phone, focused on delivering exceptional service and operational support. You’ll manage client requests, collaborate with advisors, and help streamline processes to enhance the overall client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Process client service requests, including account openings, transfers, ACH transactions, RMDs, and stock donations.
- Communicate with clients and custodians to resolve operational issues promptly.
- Prepare reports and assist with quarterly client reporting.
- Maintain CRM and portfolio management systems (Salesforce, Orion).
- Support meeting preparation and contribute to process improvements.

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a related role.
- Prior experience in wealth management, brokerage, or investment advisory (must-have).
- Strong understanding of financial operations, including ACAT, ACH, and RMD processes.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with custodians such as Schwab, Fidelity, and Pershing; experience with Orion software is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
