- Duration: 13 weeks (option to extend up to 16-18 weeks)

- Shift: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts/week (7:00pm – 7:30am)

- Holiday Coverage: Must work at least every other holiday

/n/nRegistered Nurse Qualifications/n/n

/n/t
- Minimum 18 months of recent, permanent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience
/n/t
- Active Ohio RN license or Compact State Registered Nurse license
/n/t
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS & ACLS certifications
/n/t
- Recent Epic EMR charting experience (within last 6 months)
/n/t
- Acceptable scores on ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation

/n/nMed/Surg Telemetry RN Responsibilities/n/n

/n/t
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a busy Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit
/n/t
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; respond to changes promptly
/n/t
- Document patient care using Epic EMR system
/n/t
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members
/n/t
- Complete orientation and required competency assessments
/n/t
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and procedures
/n/t
- Deliver compassionate care and support to patients and families
/n
