Overview:
- Provide day-to-day support for enterprise applications and serve as the primary contact for user inquiries and technical issues.
- Monitor application performance, identify issues, and coordinate resolution efforts with internal and external support teams.
- Troubleshoot application errors, service disruptions, and functionality concerns while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain application support documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles.
- Perform data corrections, record updates, and authorized database modifications as required.
- Investigate outages, performance issues, and application defects using established troubleshooting procedures.
- Coordinate application version upgrades, patches, and system maintenance activities with vendors and internal technology teams.
- Schedule and execute service account password updates and ensure application connectivity is maintained.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and collaborate across technical and business teams. Nice to have:
- Ability to develop SQL queries, procedures, data vies etc.
- Ability to develop reports and simple dashboards using Spotfire/Power BI and Easy BI
- Knowledge of Good Lab Practices (GLP) and Good Documentation Practices or other GxP practices with a focus on Data Integrity.
