Sanitas Medical Center is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our Countryside location in Tampa, Florida. /n This is an excellent opportunity for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician who enjoys providing comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages, from pediatric through geriatric populations. Our physicians work within a collaborative, value-based care environment supported by an integrated healthcare team focused on quality, prevention, care coordination, and improved patient outcomes. Physician Responsibilities/n /n
- /n Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients across the lifespan /n
- /n Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions /n
- /n Provide preventive care, annual physicals, wellness visits, and health screenings /n
- /n Manage chronic diseases and coordinate ongoing patient care /n
- /n Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs /n
- /n Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams /n
- /n Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies /n
- /n Educate patients and families on preventive health, chronic disease management, and wellness /n
- /n Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within the electronic medical record /n
- /n Collaborate with the care team to support quality initiatives and improve patient outcomes /n
- /n Participate in a value-based care model focused on proactive, coordinated, patient-centered care /n Qualifications/n /n
- /n MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school /n
- /n Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine /n
- /n Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain prior to employment /n
- /n Active DEA registration or ability to obtain /n
- /n Outpatient primary care experience preferred /n
- /n Strong communication and patient engagement skills /n
- /n Commitment to comprehensive, patient-centered primary care /n
- /n Ability to work collaboratively within an integrated care team /n
