Immediate need for a talented Product Development Coordinator. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Manhattan, NY (Onsite). Please review the

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with your manager on product and fragrance development, contributing fresh ideas.
- Take ownership of low complexity programs, managing timelines and vendor execution.
- Communicate effectively with fragrance houses and contract manufacturers.
- Distribute samples for team and brand evaluations.
- Organize and maintain product closets and libraries.
- Follow up with vendors and manage systems workflow.
- Assist in setting up evaluation meetings and presentations.
- Support consumer testing through sampling.
- Participate in on-site development with teams and vendors.
- Track submissions and engage in evaluation processes.
- Research market trends for innovative fragrance forms.
- Maintain competitive information databases and reporting.
- Build cross-functional relationships with peers and external vendors. Key Requirements and Technology
Experience:
- 0-2 years of experience in product and fragrance development or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with SAP is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a personable demeanor.
- A passion for the beauty industry and a self-starter attitude.
- Previous experience in a beauty-related role.
