Qualifications:
/n /n
- Active RN license in good standing /n
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience in an ICU setting /n
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (additional certifications a plus) /n
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills /n
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and teams /n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills /n /n

Responsibilities:

- Deliver comprehensive care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit /n
- Monitor, assess, and document patient status and progress /n
- Administer medications and manage advanced life-support equipment /n
- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and respiratory therapists /n
- Educate and support patients and their families /n

- $2,406/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates.
