- Location: Milton, MA 02186 (Greater Boston area)/n
- Healthcare Setting: Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Float Pool/n
- Contract Length: 13 weeks (12/9/2025 – 3/7/2026)/n
- Shift: 12-hour night shifts (every other weekend required)/n
- Hours: 36 hours per week (72 hours biweekly guaranteed)/n
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,310 - $2,470/n
- Employment Type: Travel RN, On-Site/n
/n/nRegistered Nurse Qualifications/n
/n
- Current and active Massachusetts RN license (required)/n
- 2-3 years of recent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience/n
- BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications (required)/n
- Proficiency with Epic EMR (required)/n
- Ability to pass ECG/Telemetry and medication competency tests during orientation/n
- Experience with ventilator management, vasoactive and sedation titration, hemodynamic monitoring, cardiac dysrhythmia recognition and management, and post-STEMI care/n
- CCRN certification preferred/n
- Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility (no local travelers)/n
- No time off will be considered for this contract/n
/n/nMed/Surg Telemetry RN Responsibilities/n
/n
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit/n
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, responding promptly to changes in patient condition/n
- Administer medications and manage IV drips, including vasoactive and sedative agents/n
- Perform ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring/n
- Recognize and manage cardiac dysrhythmias and provide post-STEMI care/n
- Accurately document all care and interventions in Epic EMR/n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes/n
- Float within the Med/Surg Telemetry pool as needed/n
