🗣️ Your Role: Speech-Language Pathologist
As an SLP, you’ll be a vital part of our interdisciplinary care team, helping patients regain their voice, confidence, and independence — all while working in and around Boston, MA.
What You’ll Do:
- Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans
- Conduct home-based speech-language therapy visits
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams
- Document progress and update plans of care
- Educate patients and caregivers on home therapy programs
- Ensure compliance with OASIS and PPS guidelines
📍 Travel Area:
You’ll travel in and around the Boston metro area, providing care where it’s needed most — in patients’ homes.
✅ What You’ll Need:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active, unrestricted Massachusetts SLP license
- 1+ year of clinical experience
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
