About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Program Manager who will drive end-to-end program management for AI infrastructure deployments, AI Labs initiatives, AI field deployment programs, automation projects, and AI-driven operational transformation initiatives. The role requires a blend of program management leadership, technical acumen mainly in the AI, change management expertise, executive communication skills, and cross-functional coordination capabilities. Program Leadership & Governance
- Lead multiple concurrent AI programs and strategic initiatives across Agentic /GenAI, solutions.
- Define program objectives, scope, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria.
- Establish and maintain governance structures, steering committees, executive reviews, and stakeholder communication plans.
- Develop program roadmaps aligned with customers strategic priorities and growth objectives.
- Drive Foundation AI projects from kickoff through development to deployment and stabilization
- Support the customer to translate strategy into executable roadmaps with clear milestones, risks, dependencies, and success metrics
- Develop project plans consistent with business goals and requirements for algorithm performance
- Establish and maintain program governance, including planning cadences, status reporting, decision forums, and executive communication
- Bring together key stakeholders to facilitate timely and lasting decision-making
- Partner with the extended team on availability constraints, capacity forecasting, deadlines etc
- Partner with the broader team to continuously improve the development process to enable execution of projects in an organized, methodical, and predictable manner.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, ensuring mitigations are in place to reduce potential impacts.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication across teams for awareness and understanding.
- Understanding of technical issues to facilitate resolution of project blockers is a plus
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and technical blockers and drive cross-functional resolution with urgency.
- Lead escalation management and executive communications for high-priority issues.
- Ensure mitigation strategies are implemented and tracked to closure.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10+ years of industry experience in program or project management, preferably involving AI/ML, data platforms or large-scale systems
- Experience working with AI or applied ML teams
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, sprint planning, backlog grooming processes
- Data-driven approach to strategic planning, comfortable reviewing metrics and identifying ways to measure program success
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (e.g., model training, inference, data pipelines, evaluation, experimentation), hands-on coding experience is not required
- Clear, confident communicator who can bridge deeply technical teams and business stakeholders
- Proven ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse teams
- Experience working with research teams
- Background in consumer technology, platforms, or data-driven products
