As a Campaign Manager, you will be the driving force behind the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns for major clients. You will own the entire campaign lifecycle, from strategy development and implementation to performance analysis and reporting. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you'll ensure seamless campaign delivery and provide clients with data-driven insights to maximize their advertising ROI.
Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, manage, and optimize digital campaigns across various channels (including paid social, display, mobile, search, and programmatic).
Develop and implement campaign strategies aligned with client objectives, focusing on both brand building and direct response tactics.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure campaign success using internal analytics tools.
Oversee daily campaign maintenance, address internal inquiries, and ensure adherence to best practices.
Manage campaign-specific materials and documentation within the team's shared repository.
Traffic campaign tags into ad tech platforms and oversee quality assurance processes.
Develop proposals for new client opportunities and manage the delivery of creative assets and campaign artifacts.
Collaborate with analytics teams to generate campaign performance reports and actionable insights.
Provide regular client communication, including performance updates, optimization recommendations, and new opportunity identification.
Work with media partners to ensure accurate platform implementation and troubleshoot any technical issues.
Conduct post-campaign analysis and provide comprehensive wrap-up reports.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of professional experience in end-to-end digital media campaign management.
Proven experience managing multiple digital media products and channels (social, display, mobile, search, programmatic).
Hands-on experience with bid management platforms and campaign optimization techniques.
Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign measurement and reporting.
Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management skills.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
Experience with media planning and building media plans across traditional and digital channels.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50.03 to $55.59 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
