Join Covelo Group's Educational Services team and provide vital speech intervention services to students from grades K-12.This role offers an opportunity to work closely with students, parents, and educators to develop and implement effective speech therapy plans*Why You Should Apply: ** Earn *up to $65.00 per hour with weekly pay** Access to comprehensive benefits coverage after just 30 days of full-time employment* Enjoy a Monday to Friday school-based schedule (approximately 7:30 am - 3:30 pm).*As a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) you will: ** Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech and communication abilities to develop individualized intervention plans.* Work with parents, teachers, and administrators to create and implement effective Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.* Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions, ensuring that interventions are engaging and effective.* Track and report on student progress towards IEP goals, making adjustments to therapy plans as needed.* Travel between school campuses to deliver services as required.*Qualifications for this School-Based SLP position include: ** Bachelor's and Master's degrees from accredited speech-language pathology programs.* Active Speech Language Pathology license in the state of California.* Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) and BLS certification.* Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.* Strong communication skills, empathy, and a collaborative approach to working with students, families, and staff.*If you are passionate about helping students reach their full potential, we want to hear from you Apply now to become a part of Covelo Group's dedicated team of Speech Language Pathologists.*_/*This pay range represents Covelo Group's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting.
