Description

  • Maintain data integrity to ensure optimal order strategies. Conduct analysis to validate system accuracy.
  • Ensure On Time In Full deliveries to our customers (work with transportation to achieve it)
  • Order Management, close follow up, planning, scheduling and invoicing
  • Investigate root cause of overstocks, out of stocks, turn opportunities and implement action plans.
  • Manage the Order Process flow according to company policies.
  • Match Supply with Demand (work with supply planning and cpfr to balance)
  • Provides back ordered feedback daily/weekly as required
  • Prioritize inbound purchase orders. Perform necessary changes to Purchase Orders to accommodate demand changes and ensure that products arrive on time and in full in the most effective and efficient manner. (Influence to avoid partial orders shipments by offering overstocked product and at risk)
  • Weekly Inventory Reconciliations ( and expected control to be under threshold of 2 % vs inventory value and conduct investigations and resolution of them )
  • Monthly Inventory Reconciliation due to accounting ( and expected control to be under threshold of 2 % vs inventory value and conduct investigations and resolution of them)
  • Follow up with orders and sales in the shipping tracker to track information accurately and provide excellent service to all our customers
  • Responsible maintain and balance inventory levels in Coppell the Distribution Center to maximize sales , product optimal rotation profit goals.
  • Maintaining a Safety Stock
  • Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining departmental and individual goals and performance measures
  • Ability to take Decision of operational level capacity
  • Ability to organize, lead, motivate and care for all personnel involved in the operations
  • High level of motivation, customer focus and a continuous improvement mentality
  • Ability to develop, communicate and execute detailed work plans that support operational improvements

Qualifications

•Bachelor's Degree, Master degree desired
•Bilingual (Spanish/English)
•Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing
•Strong MS Excel skills - Oracle is a plus
•2-4 years of experience
•Cross functional capable (Finance, Marketing, Manufacturing, Sales, Exports,etc)
•People-Leadership skills
•Capable to manage people
•Capable to perform under pressure
•Must be detail oriented and able to prioritize.
•Must be able to multitask.
•Able to work independently and accurately.
•Must have availability to work long hours on closing of the month and inventory.
•Ability to work in a fast-past, competing deadline driven environment.
•Rely on experience and good judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
