This pivotal leadership role will shape the future of our MarTech platforms to anticipate evolving business needs and power real-time, hyper-personalized, and seamless guest experiences across all touchpoints. As a strategic thinker, product evangelist, and cross-functional leader, the Senior Product Manager will drive innovation that enhances guest engagement, strengthens loyalty, and positions MGM as an industry leader in digital hospitality and personalized marketing. **THE DAY-TO-DAY:*** Define and communicate a clear Marketing Technology product vision aligned with business goals, guest engagement strategies, and market trends.* Develop and manage a multi-year product strategy and roadmap with measurable outcomes, prioritized initiatives, and defined delivery timelines.* Lead cross-functional collaboration across business, engineering, legal, privacy, and vendor teams to drive end-to-end product development and go-to-market execution.* Translate business needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria while guiding Agile delivery processes (e.g., scrums, sprint demos).* Establish and track KPIs to measure product performance, adoption, ROI, and guest satisfaction, adjusting roadmap as needed based on data and feedback.* Continuously monitor market trends, emerging MarTech innovations, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.* Act as the product evangelist, championing a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement while serving as the voice of the product to all stakeholders.**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:*** Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field preferred.* 12+ years of experience in product management, including 5+ years leading product strategy in Marketing Technology or adjacent domains.* Proven success delivering enterprise-scale digital or MarTech solutions with a strong understanding of ecosystems such as CRM, CDP, personalization, data platforms, and analytics.* Experienced in managing cross-functional teams within Agile environments and driving complex initiatives from concept to execution.* Skilled in vendor management and building strategic external partnerships (preferred).* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a track record of influencing stakeholders and delivering measurable business outcomes.* Adept at navigating fast-paced, evolving environments; drives innovation while managing risks and aligning product strategies with guest engagement goals.**THE PERKS & BENEFITS:*** Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally* Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts as well as discounts with company partners on things like travel, electronics, online shopping, and more* Free meals in our employee dining room* Free parking* Health & Income Protection benefits ***(for eligible employees)**** Professional and personal development through programs and networking opportunities as well as volunteer opportunities in the community**VIEW JOB DESCRIPTION:**Are you ready to **JOIN THE SHOW**At MGM Resorts, we exist to entertain the human race and provide an unforgettable escape.
