Responsibilities:

- Manage all daily financial operations.

- Perform trust transfers and reconciliations.

- Oversee accounts receivable.

- Ensure timely accounts payable cycles.

- Process employee payroll and handle governmental reporting.

- Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards.

- Conduct cash flow forecasting.

- Provide weekly financial metrics and prepare monthly financial statements.

- Assist the CFO in drafting the annual budget.

- Work in conjunction with the CPA on all tax-related matters

- Manage the annual 1099 process.

- Undertake special projects and provide management reporting as needed.

Requirements

- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting OR at least 3-5 years of experience in accounting, AR, AP, payroll, and GL functions.

- Proficiency in Quickbooks, Word, and Excel software.

- Knowledge of trust accounting and reporting requirements.

- Ability to interact professionally with both staff and clients.

- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude in a team environment.

- Adaptability to change.

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Capacity to meet deadlines.

-Previous experience in a law firm preferred (but not required)
