The Energy Analyst will support the implementation of ANBs software platforms, such as

eTRACK+ ,

eTRM ,

DRM , and

ZAPture .
Duties will include some or all of the following

Act as the point of contact for business users and various stakeholders.
Gather requirements and develop specifications.
Develop use cases test cases, and review the work done by teammates.
Actively participate in the sprint, scrum, stand-up, and status calls.
Configure the business requirements in our flagship product.
Test products and solutions before releasing to clients.
Participate and run demos to clients on new features or sprint releases.
Prepare reports and make presentations to clients.
Plan execution of projects, including coordination with the offshore team.
Provide direction/support to the development center based in Chennai, India.
Provide day-to-day operational support to clients and track the status of requests with status reports.
Troubleshoot problems and issues with the implementation of the software and processes.
Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve, monitor, discover issues, and deliver better value to the customer.
Perform other duties as called upon.
Requirements

Work Type : Work from Office
Education : Bachelors degree in Math, Science, or Engineering. Postgraduate degrees are desirable.
Software : Exposure to databases; Proficient in MS Office; Proficient in the use of software applications.
Experience : At least one year of relevant experience in the industry is required.
Desirable : Knowledge of Energy Efficiency programs and implementation; Prior experience working with offshore team.
Other: Self-starter, ability to work with limited supervision, troubleshooting capability, team player, good writing skills, good communication skills, detail-oriented, ability to develop and execute work plans, self-motivated.
