Essential Job Functions:
- Work closely with management to implement a plan to build a well-balanced and profitable portfolio Financial Lines products (DO/EPL/Fiduc/Crime/Side A DIC)
- Underwrite, rate, and service new and renewal submissions as assigned
- Ensure that underwriting files are of consistent quality and cover all relevant issues
- Actively participate in client meetings as required
- Meet regularly with assigned Financial Lines brokers; Identify and establish new relationships with FL brokers; Success to be measured by submission/quote/bind metrics compared to prior periods
- Develop a working knowledge of other Starr products to facilitate cross sale of those products where applicable
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Detail oriented; Attention to quality/accuracy
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workflows efficiently
- Ability to work independently, at times, but also lead a team in a group environment
- Professional demeanor in verbal and written communications internally and externally
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Pivot-link, and similar applications
