Winter Garden, Florida Overview: As the

Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and Treasurer , your primary focus will be on ensuring accurate and efficient financial reporting and compliance, while also providing strategic guidance for budgeting and forecasting. You will oversee various reporting functions, including bank reporting, compliance reporting, internal month-end consolidation reporting, and business segment reporting. Additionally, you will play a key role in collaborating with business units to track budget performance and refine forecasting processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Reporting and Compliance: • Lead the preparation and submission of bank reporting requirements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Oversee compliance reporting efforts, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies. • Manage internal month-end consolidation reporting processes to provide comprehensive financial insights to senior management. • Coordinate business segment reporting activities to analyze performance and identify areas for improvement. 2. Budgeting and Forecasting: • Collaborate with business units to establish annual budgets and refine forecasting methodologies. • Conduct regular meetings with business stakeholders to track budget performance and adjust forecasts as needed. • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support budget optimization and resource allocation. 3. Treasurer Functions: • Manage cash flow and liquidity to ensure financial stability and optimal use of funds. • Oversee banking relationships, investment strategies, and debt financing to maximize returns and minimize risks. • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate financial risks, including currency exchange rate risk, interest rate risk, and credit risk. 4. Strategic Financial Leadership: • Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management based on comprehensive reporting and analysis. • Identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and operational efficiencies through financial modeling and scenario analysis. • Participate in strategic planning processes to align financial objectives with overall business goals and objectives. Qualifications: •

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Minimum 10 years of experience • CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional certifications highly desired. • Extensive experience in

financial reporting, compliance, and

budgeting/forecasting

roles. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively. • Proven leadership abilities with a track record of driving cross-functional collaboration and delivering results. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Salary Range: $140,000 to $190,000 annually, with a year-end bonus of 20% - 25% of the salary. Note: This job description prioritizes skills related to bank reporting, compliance reporting, internal month-end consolidation reporting, business segment reporting, and collaboration with business units for budget tracking, forecasting, and budgeting. Other responsibilities and duties may be assigned based on the organization's needs.
