Novipax, 2215 York Road, Oak Brook, Illinois, United States of America Job Description Posted Tuesday, October 21, 2025 at 5:00 AM Job Summary: The Systems & IT Administrator will manage, maintain, and support the companys IT infrastructure, applications, and security systems across office and production environments. This role collaborates with internal teams, vendors, and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient technology operations, while supporting reporting, automation, and process improvements. Key Responsibilities: IT Systems Administration Administer and support Microsoft 365, Entra, Active Directory, Teams, email, user accounts, and Group Policies. Manage and maintain DUO, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) configurations across company systems and applications. Configure, troubleshoot, and support network connectivity, VPN access, printers, scanners, and labeling systems. Collaborate with MSPs to ensure system reliability, security, and performance. ERP & Business Applications Support and maintain ERP systems (preferably IQMS), including configuration, troubleshooting, data integrity, and integration with other business applications. Work with users, vendors, and data analysts to gather requirements and develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support decision-making. Manage and support company applications, databases, and automation processes. Database & Reporting Design, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and custom reports. Develop automated scripts and processes using PowerShell, Python, C#, or other relevant scripting languages to improve efficiency and accuracy. User Support & Training Serve as a backup for the Help Desk Analyst, providing user support and training as needed. Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), documentation, and training materials. Prepare and deliver system overviews and presentations for management and staff. Cybersecurity & Compliance Support cybersecurity, compliance, and system improvements with MSP collaboration. Process Improvement & Collaboration Work closely with manufacturing and warehouse teams to understand workflows and identify technology or process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Partner with teams and vendors to improve operational efficiency. Recommend and assist with the implementation of cost-effective technology solutions. Education and Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering (required). Professional certifications (e.g., MCSA, CompTIA, Cisco, SQL, or ERP-related) are a plus. 3+ years of experience in IT system administration, business systems, or application support, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Experience with ERP systems, preferably IQMS. Proficiency in SQL (queries, stored procedures, reporting). Knowledge of at least one scripting or programming language (PowerShell, Python, C#, or VB.NET). Understanding of manufacturing and WMS principles (inventory control, production scheduling, material flow). Experience managing DUO, SSO, and MFA solutions. Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Teams, Active Directory, and SharePoint. Solid understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN). Excellent communication, collaboration, and training skills. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and cost-awareness. Demonstrated ability to propose and implement process and cost-saving improvements. Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. #J-18808-Ljbffr
