RWJ Barnabas Health is looking to add a Full-Time Sourcer for our Nursing South team within our TA&I department.

The Opportunity

Sourcer, is part of a team within the Talent Acquisition & Innovation Center of Excellence (CoE) for the RWJBarnabas Health system responsible for finding candidates for open positions in their respective region and building a talent pipeline to meet hiring goals. They work closely with Talent Partners and qualify new candidates and verify their interest. Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition & Innovation of their respective region, this role will contribute to business needs by handling the talent sourcing processes.

The Role

Proactively develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies to build and maintain a highly talented and diverse talent pipeline in alignment with RWJBH needs, aiding in expedited placement of candidates within the system. Drive sourcing capability and delivery to proactively build and maintain a network of inclusive candidate pipelines by leveraging all available talent channels including, but not limited to proactive market research, referrals, and association, alumni group, and organization partnerships. Leverages the advanced functions and tools offered by social media platforms to source and attract candidates. Tracks, measures, and analyzes candidate data to create profiles of potential employees. Actively maintains the candidate database to track a candidate s journey and ensure a continuous talent pipeline. Partner with internal stakeholders to understand current critical and hard to fill roles, as well as future hiring needs. Demonstrates advanced proficiency in using online tools and applications to identify active and passive candidates through creative marketing and messaging by clearly articulating RWJBH s value proposition. Conducts market research to find candidate pools and trends to remain proactive and competitive in hiring plans. Develops and forms connections with team members and others in the organization as well as health care professionals in the regional community. Create and maintain relationships with universities, technical schools, and professional groups by engaging in regular communication, participating in meetings, networking events and seminars to build candidate pipelines. Provides support to Talent Partners in assessing and interviewing candidates within the framework of the position specifications. Screen, interview, and prepare an ideal candidate slate within appropriate and consistent timelines. Analyzes data to gain insights about quality of candidates, candidate skill match to position requirements, and hiring SLAs or benchmarks Maintain high data integrity and accuracy of records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Required Skills, Attributes, And Experiences

Bachelor s Degree required. Degree in Human Resources, Business, or the Behavioral Sciences preferred. Prior talent acquisition, sourcing, or recruitment experience required. 3-5 years strongly preferred. Prior experience in a high-growth, fast paced corporate, or agency talent acquisition environment with prior sourcing experience strongly preferred. Familiarity with current sourcing techniques and platforms and the ability to remain current with developing new techniques and skills. Demonstrated ability to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns. Strong research and candidate generation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to use interpersonal savvy to foster productive working relationships with others to drive results. Efficiently and effectively uses time and resources in the workplace to be able to successfully accomplish tasks. Work load management skill, ability to prioritize, ability to work independently, high attention to detail, and ability to multi-task, and meeting established deadlines. Successful track record of achieving targets, whether those be meeting deadlines or meeting recruiting goals. Prior experience working with ATS or HR systems is required.
