What YOU will do:
Maintenance Planning and Execution:

Develop and execute comprehensive maintenance plans to ensure the optimal performance of electrical systems. Lead inspections, testing, and troubleshooting efforts, coordinating maintenance tasks with internal teams and external vendors.
Reliability Engineering:

Utilize data analysis, failure analysis, and performance evaluations to enhance system reliability. Implement RCA and FMEA methodologies to mitigate potential failures and improve system availability.
Continuous Improvement:

Champion initiatives aimed at enhancing system performance and efficiency. Work alongside engineering teams to apply design changes and incorporate innovative solutions, keeping abreast of emerging technologies.
Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain meticulous records of maintenance activities and system performance. Prepare detailed reports for management, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Offer technical guidance and support to internal teams. Engage in projects focused on facility expansions, equipment upgrades, and process optimizations, ensuring maintenance practices align with organizational goals.
What YOU will bring us:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a closely related field; advanced degree preferred.
Solid experience in electrical maintenance or reliability engineering, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing setting.
In-depth understanding of electrical systems, maintenance management systems, and reliability analysis tools.
Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and the ability to conduct detailed root cause analysis.
Strong communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with various functional teams.
Detail-oriented approach with a steadfast commitment to safety and quality standards.
Proficiency in managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and working independently.
