Right now, we are looking for passionate Bartenders and Mixologists to join our busy Food & Beverage Team across our popular bars, including:

* Sol Bar

* The District

* Westward

* Chandelier Bar

Being part of our Bar team, your shift may start with taking some time to prepare the bar and ensure you have everything you need to work your magic and create the cocktails and drinks you are proud of. Whether it's serving signature cocktails at the roof top bar, showcasing your skillset as our personal in-room Mixologist for hotel guests, pouring beers to live music at our Microbrewery, or perhaps serving our gaming customers their favourite drinks at SkyCity's iconic bars, it is safe to say every day will be different, but your cocktails will be consistent, and you will feel a sense of pride as you're adding the final garnish to every drink. With casual opportunities up for grabs, we are seeking individuals to join our teams across our peak days, including Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

You'll know how to prepare a wide range of drinks, ideally with formal bartending training however on the job experience is just as favoured. You will need to be confident with basic maths calculations when duplicating recipes, ensuring your service is fast without compromising on quality as consistency is critical in this role. You will be a people person who thrives in a busy workplace and you will continuously display a can-do attitude. To excel in this role, you will also need plenty of drive, be a forward thinker and a strong team player. In relation to flexibility, Friday, Saturday and Sunday availability is a must, along with a current RSA certificate.
