The largest innovation consultancy is seeking a Marketing and Public Relations Specialist to join their team in USA in New York.

We are growing our national team and looking for new talents excited by the prospect of taking part in building something. It is an excellent opportunity to take part in and grow a team led by some expert R&D Tax management ????

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing online and offline campaigns across various channels,
  • Create and execute Inbound Marketing strategy (social media posts, website blog articles, whitepapers, case studies and videos).
  • Create engaging content, including copywriting and graphic design, that aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
  • Management of social media accounts (LinkedIn and X), including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm creative ideas, develop campaign strategies, and refine messaging to effectively communicate about the brand and our services, on social media, by email or digital paid campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance, lead generation and KPIs, analyzing data and metrics to measure effectiveness, identify opportunities for optimization, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry and competition trends, providing valuable insights.
  • End-to-end management of corporate events.
  • Budget management, control, and follow-up.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, advertising and/or brand strategy.
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
  • Strong passion for marketing and eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic industry,
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to draw actionable insights.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactivity.
