Primary Responsibilities: Rheumatology and Infusions. Position will identify business operations to support organic growth of the practice and infusion center. A focus of growth will be in the external infusion referral market Will partner with Finance, Procurement, and RCM Teams for Budget, Forecasting and Financial Performance. Position will be responsible for setting and tracking to goals and metrics in partnership with Optum CO and OCMO goals Will partner with cross-disciplinary partners and internal management to assure that Infusion Centers are reducing volatility and advantaging strategies for long-term profitability. Position will lead teams to ensure best practices are identified and implemented. Position accountable for establishing a PNT and Affordability Committee Accountable for building cross-disciplinary teams focusing on exceptional patient, provider, and staff experience. This includes responsibilities to evaluate staffing ratios, stratification of scope of practice, overtime, agency usage to effectively manage labor expenses in alignment goals to fully maximize efficiencies in provider scheduling and infusion chair utilization Position will assist AMD and Physician Leadership with Physician and Provider Recruitment Position accountable for patient health and safety as well as Patient Experience, including developing action plans and strategies to ensure NPS are met Will Collaborate with Physician Leadership and VP, this position will partner with AMD in developing Strategic Plans, implementing strategies and metrics to ensure success.
