Our 4 South nursing unit is capable of caring for stable telemetry patients requiring ongoing cardiac monitoring. The majority of patients are discharged to rehabilitation facilities or to home with ongoing home healthcare services within 1-2 days after surgery. As a Registered Nurse, you will become familiar with complex medical histories, innovative surgical procedures, pain modalities, and comprehensive nutritional support.Your primary duties will include but are not limited to: Providing direct nursing care. Monitoring, recording, and communicating patients' conditions as appropriate. Preparing patient care plans.
