Urology Join our esteemed healthcare team as a Urologist and make a meaningful impact during a critical coverage period. We are seeking a dedicated temporary Urologist to provide exceptional clinic and operating room (OR) services while our staff physician is on medical leave. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your expertise in a supportive environment, with flexible scheduling and a focus on quality patient care. This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $1.00, along with weekly pay via direct deposit. Additionally, you'll have access to a 24/7 dedicated support team to ensure your success throughout the assignment. Required Skills: Active U.S. medical license with no history of disciplinary actions Proven experience in urology, including clinic and surgical procedures Ability to perform urinary and prostate-related surgeries Strong clinical judgment and excellent patient communication skills Ability to work independently and efficiently within a team environment Availability to start in November or December 2025 Nice to Have Skills: Prior locum tenens experience Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations Flexible availability for at least one week per month, ideally two weeks Preferred Education and Experience: MD or DO degree with board certification in Urology Minimum of 2 years' clinical experience in urology practice Experience working in hospital or outpatient clinic settings Other Requirements: Must possess a current New Mexico medical license Willingness to provide clinic services and perform surgeries from Monday to Friday (8:00 am - 4:30 pm) No weekend shift or call duties required Ability to work at least one week per month, with two weeks preferred Be a vital part of our team providing indispensable urologic care during this temporary assignment.
