Play a contributing role in a growing WNY law firm’s innovation technology solutions and enhance its robust IT infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Windows Servers, specifically Citrix and VMware platforms. Prior experience with cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Entra, and M365 is essential to success in this position. What You’ll Be Doing: You will be responsible for configuring, managing, and maintaining the optimal performance of Windows Server environments and administering Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops. You’ll implement, manage, and maintain Azure services and infrastructure including Entra, VMs, and Exchange Online. Be a leader in security solutions and protect systems against unauthorized access, manage patching and hardening of servers, and work with the firm's managed security provider to remediate potential security vulnerabilities. You will also manage the firm's backup and disaster recovery systems. Collaborate with IT teams, provide technical support, and keep detailed documentation of configurations and operational procedures. What You’ll Need for Success: At least 1-3 years of Engineering level experience Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field strongly preferred Relevant Certifications are highly preferred (e.g., CCNA, MCSE, Citrix Certified, Azure Administrator Associate) Experience in network engineering with a focus on Windows Server management, Citrix, and Microsoft Azure Knowledge of virtualization technologies, cloud services, Windows 10, 11, Microsoft Teams, O365, Azure, Intune, Desktop/laptop imaging technology, and Microsoft SQL server/database. Knowledge of network infrastructure and the ability to support switches, routers, managed firewalls, and VPNs preferred. The base salary range for this role is $100,000 to $110,000 . This base salary range represents the low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual base salary offered will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
