The Operations Intern will assist the Director of Operations in organizing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of WMUSA. This person will establish and refine systems, processes, and procedures to ensure the organization runs effectively and efficiently.

Possible Responsibilities that Operations Intern will assist with:

  • Scheduling spring travel games
  • Planning in-house recreational league, including scheduling and roster creation
  • Preparing HillTop Soccer Complex fields for weekend gameplay
  • Communicating with external vendors
  • Planning and executing travel tryouts
  • Planning summer programming
  • Ordering and managing all equipment
  • Pursuing sponsorship and partnership opportunities


Founded in 1976, West-Mont United Soccer Association (WMUSA) is one of the oldest organized youth soccer programs in Eastern Pennsylvania. Its vision is to be a leading soccer organization in the region for player development and competitive play at all ages and abilities.
