Position Schedule:

• full-time, days
• no scheduled weekends or holidays but participates in on-call responsibilities

Dove Healthcare - Spooner Assisted Living, a 14-bed Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF), has an opening for a full-time director. This position is responsible for day-to-day operations including, but not limited to, overseeing resident care and services, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supervising staff.

In addition, as the director, you will:

• tour perspective families and/or residents and respond to any family and/or resident concerns
• conduct pre-admission assessments and coordinate admission paperwork
• round daily and ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations

Required Skills:

• established ability to manage people and processes
• knowledge of State and Federal regulations
• effective problem solving and communication skills and a passion to work as part of an interdisciplinary team
• excellent customer service and communication skills

Required Qualifications:

• applicants must meet one of the following
  • current WI nursing home administrator license;
  • associates degree in healthcare field;
  • bachelors degree in non-healthcare field with at least 1 year of experience in healthcare OR successful completion of WI assisted living administrators course; or
  • 2 years of previous direct care experience and successful completion of the WI assisted living administrators course
