Warehouse Supervisor

Seal Dynamics LLC is currently recruiting for the position of Warehouse Supervisor for Packaging. This is a supervisory role that reports to the Warehouse Manager.

Salary Range: $22/hr -$24/hr.

The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

• Overseeing and participating in picking, packing & order processing
• Supervising 8-10 Team Members
• Warehouse inspection of parts
• Maintaining warehouse housekeeping
• Ensuring product is kept neat and in an orderly fashion per FIFO methods

Requirements/Experience:

• Must be extremely detail orientated and have the ability to multi-task
• Must have an excellent understanding and experience with warehouse systems
• Ability to read, understand and interoperate written instructions
• Experience with, and understanding of warehouse inventory transactions
• Physical ability to work standing all day while moving about entire warehouse.
• Energetic with team orientated attitude
• Must have excellent verbal and written communicate skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in supervising employees
• Strong computer skills
• Aerospace industry experience and ISO experience is helpful
• Strong work ethic (willingness to work hard and long hours, if needed)
• Highly responsive to internal and external customer requirements, with a high attention for detail
• Must work well with others and be flexible in handling multiple tasks
• Minimal Overtime is possible and rare Saturdays
