We are seeking a Recruiter

to join our team You will perform activities in human resources from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires. Responsibilities: Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees On-board and train new employees Implement company culture, values and policies Provide management with requested reports and documents Coordinate events focused on employee recognition Accurately maintain employee files Qualifications: Fluent in English and Spanish Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields Knowledge of labor and employment laws Ability to build rapport with all employees Strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various sourcing strategies, including online job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify potential candidates. Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit for client organizations.

Client Relationship Management: Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing requirements and develop a comprehensive understanding of their business needs. Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on recruitment progress and ensure alignment with their expectations.

Job Posting and Advertising: Create compelling job descriptions and advertisements to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Post job openings on relevant platforms and utilize marketing techniques to increase visibility.

Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved. Provide feedback to candidates and clients after interviews and manage the offer negotiation process.

Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings. Proactively identify potential candidates for upcoming client needs.
