We are seeking a strategic senior leader to join our Customer Success team as the VP of Global Indirect Procurement Advisor. This pivotal role will provide advisory support and expertise to our Indirect customers and internal team members across the entire customer journey. This position will initially focus on enabling our Higher Education customers to be more successful with our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of strategic vision, leadership skills, and hands-on consulting experience in Indirect procurement.

Principal Responsibilities:

Develop and lead comprehensive programs to support the successful implementation, adoption and optimization of new features and technologies within Higher Education (and Indirect customers).
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at Higher Education institutions (and Indirect customers) to understand their needs and ensure the effective deployment and retention of our solutions.
Oversee the end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and alignment with customer expectations and strategic goals.
Design and implement adoption and retention strategies to maximize the utilization and benefits of new features, driving positive change and innovation within the customers environment.
Provide expert advisory services to Indirect customers, offering insights and recommendations based on industry best practices and deep product knowledge across the customer journey.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, Customer Success and Engineering teams to ensure cohesive and effective customer experiences.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of optimization, adoption, retention and expansion programs and report on progress to senior management and stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing our methodologies, tools, and resources.

Position Requirements:

Bachelors degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
Minimum of 7-10 years of Indirect procurement experience in program management or advisory leadership roles, ideally within the Higher Education sector.
Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex projects and programs.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders.
Deep understanding of Higher Education institutions' operational and technological landscapes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Willingness to travel as required to meet with customers and stakeholders
