Details: Shop ForemanOur client located in Southern, NJ is currently looking for someone to take on the responsibility of Shop Foreman. The company is a leading designer and manufacturer of custom enclosure and cabinet systems. This position will require the individual to have hands on experience working in a industrial fabrication shop. Responsibilities: - Schedule manufacturing through Final Shipment- Production standards that meet or exceed customer expectation- Enforce company policies and procedures- Interact with Management, Sales, Engineering and QC to improve production- Oversee improvement of employee skills with a concentration on cross trainingJob RequirementsDetails: Requirements:- Hands-on Manager with experience in precision sheet metal fabrication or a related industry- Experienced in managing a production floor of 20+ employees- Knowledge of precision sheet metal fabrication processes in order to improve workflow to meet/exceed on time customer expectations- Great communication skills#ZRCH
