Frontend Developer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Mid to Senior Level Front End Developer with expertise in JavaScript and React to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality front-end solutions and will be passionate about creating immersive user experiences. As a key member of our development team, you will work closely with designers, back-end developers, and stakeholders to bring our clients' visions to life through clean, efficient, and scalable code.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new user-facing features and components using React.js
• Implement responsive designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility
• Collaborate with designers to translate mockups and wireframes into polished user interfaces
• Optimize application performance and ensure fast load times
• Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Proven experience working as a Front End Developer, with a focus on JavaScript and React
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ features and concepts
• Expertise in React.js and its core principles, such as virtual DOM, JSX, and state management
• Experience with front-end build tools and workflows, such as Webpack, Babel, and npm
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with front-end testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library
• Knowledge of CSS preprocessors like Sass or Less
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git
• Understanding of server-side rendering and serverless architecture
• Contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub profile
