Creative Director

Creative Director (Weston, WI) Marathon Ginseng International, Inc.

• Job responsibilities:
  

1. Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative and artistic marketing projects and oversee them to completion for the employer.
2. Collaborate with company staff to obtain knowledge of the employer's requirements for marketing purposes.
3. Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate marketing efforts with team members.
4. Create and revise content in company's branding and image planning, approve/reject ideas, and provide feedback to the team in order to complete marketing projects for the employer.
5. Provide graphic design or video production for marketing purposes for the employer via online tools and offline events, including presentations, expos, cultural occurrences and trade shows.
6. Provide networking and marketing information to the employer for their customer base in China.
   

• Requirements: 
  
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Fine Art, Art Design or a relevant field is required.
  • Experience / Qualifications: At least 24 months of experience is required in Marketing, art creation, art design, video editing, and related fields.
