Rental Coordinator

Description

North West Handling Systems, Inc., the Pacific Northwest's largest full line material handling distributor, is seeking an experienced Rental Coordinator.

Rental Coordinator Job Responsibilities:

-Enter rental agreements and contracts.

-Set up internal rentals and demos.

-Manage 3rd party and online customer billing, emailing, mailing, and processing of credit cards.

-Take incoming rental calls.

-Update and manage equipment spreadsheets.

-Control all inventory exchanges.

-Review and update preventive maintenance for all rental equipment in the fleet.

-Scheduling daily logistics local and out of state, along with customer moves.

-First point of contact in reviewing condition reports for customer damage upon return of rental equipment.

-Code vendor invoices.

-Keep all filing up to date.

-Other duties as requested by the rental manager.

-Must be able to multitask and operate in a fast paced, constantly changing work environment

Pay: $29.00-$32.00/HR DOE
