Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Are you a night owl who thrives during the quiet hours? Join our team as a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Receptionist/Security Officer on 3rd shift. This unique role combines front desk duties with essential security responsibilities, ensuring our facility runs smoothly and securely overnight.
As the bilingual receptionist, you'll greet and assist visitors, answer phones, and provide support to both English and Spanish-speaking individuals. You'll also play a key role in monitoring our security systems, from surveillance cameras to access controls, helping maintain a safe environment.
In addition to greeting guests, you'll assist with administrative tasks like processing email requests and supporting HR with team member documents. You'll also respond to emergencies, coordinate with emergency personnel, and conduct internal and external incident investigations as needed.
Security responsibilities include performing patrols, verifying identification, and ensuring the safety of our facility. You'll handle Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT) and Urine Drug Testing (UDT) as required and follow security protocols to address any incidents or threats. When emergencies arise, you'll be the point of contact to coordinate necessary responses.
We're looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills who can communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. Previous customer service experience is helpful, but we'll train the right candidate. First Aid, CPR, and AED certification will be required within 30 days of hire.
