Key Responsibilities:
  • Dining Room Supervision: Assist the Director & Dining Room Supervisor in overseeing the appearance and maintenance of the dining room and server stations, ensuring everything meets high standards.
  • Resident & Guest Seating: Coordinate seating to provide efficient, courteous service.
  • Staff Leadership: Assist with scheduling work assignments, provide on-the-job training, and ensure that dining standards are met.
  • Dining Services: Wait tables, provide beverage service, and assign side work pre- and post-shift.
Qualifications:
  • Restaurant Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant or dining setting is required.
  • Leadership/Training: Prior experience as a lead server, supervisor, or trainer is essential.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to train and mentor team members.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Hospitality Focus: A commitment to providing warm, courteous service to residents, guests, and co-workers.

Wage: $20-22/hr. depending on experience

Many roles in the community may require that we ask about your vaccination status. This could include MMR, chicken pox, hepatitis, flu and COVID-19 vaccine status.
