Our team includes pain physicians, advanced practice providers, physical therapists, and behavioral health professionals working collaboratively to improve patient outcomes and quality of life. *Position Summary* We are seeking a skilled and compassionate *Nurse Practitioner (NP)* with experience or a strong interest in *Pain Management* to join our growing practice. The NP will evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with acute and chronic pain conditions using multimodal treatment approaches in accordance with established clinical protocols.*Key * *Responsibilities* * Perform comprehensive pain assessments, including medical history, physical examination, and functional evaluation * Develop and implement individualized pain management treatment plans * Manage chronic pain conditions using pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapies * Prescribe medications in compliance with state and federal regulations, including controlled substances * Monitor patient outcomes, medication efficacy, and adverse effects * Provide patient education regarding pain conditions, treatment options, and expectations * Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals * Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) * Comply with regulatory, ethical, and practice standards, including opioid stewardship guidelines *QualificationsRequired:* * Current Nurse Practitioner license (ANCC or AANP certified) * Active state NP/PA license and DEA registration (or eligibility) * Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills * Excellent communication and patient counseling abilities *Preferred:* * Prior experience in pain management, orthopedics, PM&R, neurology, anesthesia, or primary care * Familiarity with chronic opioid management and interventional pain workflows * Experience with EMR systems * Certification or training in pain management (highly desirable) *Work Environment* * Outpatient clinical setting * Collaborative, team-based care model * Supportive administrative and clinical staff *Compensation & Benefits* * Competitive salary or hourly compensation (commensurate with experience) * Productivity or performance-based incentives * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays * CME allowance * Malpractice insurance with tail coverage * Retirement plan option * Life Insurance Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person by Jobble
